Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return policy.

1. RETURNS.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 natural days ater receiving your item to request a return. This period starts in the moment you receive the item, or the moment you sign the postal or courier service delivery document. You will be asked for a proof of the delivery date. If the 15th day of the return period is a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, the return period will be  extend until the following Monday or working day.

 

1.1 Returns and Refunds Eligibility:

A. Hand-Made Products: Our hand-made products bought from the site www.elemecreations.com, are eligible for returns and refunds within 15 natural days from the date of delivery, in compliance with Irish and European consumer protection laws. 

B. Digital Products: Please note that digital products, including downloadable files, software, or online services, are not eligible for returns or refunds due to their intangible nature. Once purchased, these products are considered final and non-refundable. If there's any technical issue with any of the digital items, please contact our team by sending an email to hello@elemecreations.com, explaining the issue.

1. 2. Return Process

A. Hand-Made Products: If you wish to return a hand-made product, please follow these steps: a) Contact our customer support (hello@elemecreations.com) within 15  days of receiving the product, providing your order details and reason for return. b) Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with the return address. c) Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if available) and ship it back to the designated return address. d) Please ensure that the returned product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original accessories and documentation.

B. Digital Products: As mentioned above, digital products cannot be returned or refunded. If you encounter any issues with your digital purchase, please contact our customer support for assistance by sending an email to hello@elemecreations.com

1.3. Refund Process.

A) Hand-Made Products: Once we receive the returned hand-made product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon with our customer support team.

B) Digital Products: Since digital products are non-refundable, no refund will be issued for any purchases made in this category.

2. Exceptions and Exclusions:

2.1 Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a hand-made product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

2.2 Customized or Personalized Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for customized or personalized products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2.3. We don't accept any return or exchange for personalised items (art commissions, wedding bouquet preservation, bookmarks, frames, etc.) requested by direct message (out of the website).

2.4. Unfortunately we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3. Customer Responsibilities.

Hand-Made Products: When returning a hand-made product, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. 5.2 Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. 

Once the order leaves the shop, Eleme Creations won't be responsible for any damage caused in transit to the parcel. If the parcel is delivered in the incorrect address or gets lost Eleme Creations won't be responsible, however it will act as an intermediary to issue a complaint. 

In the case either you don't receive the parcel, to continue with the claim, you will be asked to sign an affidavit with the following information:

Full name and ID

Tracking number of the item

Content or description of the parcel

Declaration that the parcel was not received

Date and signature

Once the affidavit is sent to Eleme Creations by email to the address hello@elemecreations.com, we will issue the refund in no more that 14 natural days.

4. Items purchased with a gift card.

The return policy for items purchased with a gift card, is the same as the one described above. Is you wish to return an eligible item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued to the gift card or, in the case, this gift card doesn't exist anymore, we will issue a new one or a store credit to use on our website. 

5. Exchanges.

To ensure you get the item you want, is to return the item you have as described above. Once the return is accepted, make a purchase for the new item.
